Established in 2008, CDS was set up as a 100% British owned TRNC registered Company. 

The original owners were myself and 2 other British Expats whom have now sadly left to relocate in Australia, leaving just me at the helm. My wife, a business and finance graduate, then decided to come and work for us, she now runs the day-to-day business and performs the property management duties.

Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and continued on our upward path providing quality property services, always adhering to our mission statement which we set out right at the beginning:

"Dedicated to 100% Customer Satisfaction".

We achieve this through skilled, trained and professional staff, superior finishing, the use of high quality materials and modern practices and it is this, that we have become well known for.

More often than not, our new customers come through customer recommendation.

Ultimately, CDS is not CDS without our amazing team, the core of our staff are long term employees and we are proud to have staff that have been with us right from the beginning and that we do not have a high rate of staff turnover.
